       Aug 23 (Reuters) - The following bids, mergers,
acquisitions and disposals were reported by 1330 GMT on Friday:
    
        ** Deutsche Bahn's logistics unit Schenker has received
final bids from Danish transport firm DSV  DSV.CO  and a
consortium led by CVC Capital Partners  CVC.AS , with each
valuing the business at around 14 billion euros ($15.6 billion),
two people familiar with the matter told Reuters.

    ** A group of private credit lenders led by Blue Owl Capital
 OWL.N  and Ares Management  ARES.N  agreed to take over
educational-software firm Pluralsight from Vista Equity Partners
in a $900 million deal, the Financial Times reported.

    ** Skydance Media is accusing Paramount Global's  PARA.O 
special committee of directors of breaching the terms of its
deal by extending the period of time when it can engage with
other bidders, the Wall Street Journal reported.

    ** Swedish medical-equipment maker Getinge  GETIb.ST  said
it will acquire U.S.-based organ transport company Paragonix
Technologies for about $477 million.
